TANG Xiao is an assistant professor at the School of Public Policy & Management at Tsinghua University. He received his PhD in Management in 2015, bachelor in law in 2006, both from Tsinghua University. His research objects are Five-year Plans and environmental governance, while his main research fields include policy implementations and incentive mechanisms for governments. He participated many research projects ranging from national level to provincial level, including 11th Five-Year Plan, 12th Five-Year Plan, 13th Five-Year Plan. He also published more than ten academic papers in English, including "National High-end Think Tank Report" and "national conditions report", as well as more than 20 other Neican (internal reference reports); recognized several times by party and state leaders. Recipient of National Postdoctoral Fellowship Award for Academic Achievement, Tsinghua University Outstanding Postdoc Award, Committee 100 Leadership Scholarship , and Outstanding Graduate Award, Scholarship of Tsinghua University, first prize.
