Dr. Wenhao Cheng is an associate professor at the School of Public Policy & Management, Tsinghua University. He received his bachelor's degree in International Politics from Peking University in 1996, and his doctoral degree from Yale University in 2002. He was a visiting scholar at the J. F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University in spring 2003.
Dr. Cheng founded China¡¯s first non-governmental anti-corruption research institute at Tsinghua University in 2000. He is also the co-founder of China¡¯s first research institute on electronic government.
His research covers a variety of issues such as public governance, corruption control, electronic government, etc.
Dr. Cheng is member of the Supervision Committee of the Beijing Olympic Games. He is also a fellow of the Young Leaders Forum of the National Committee on United States-China Relations.
