9月12日，2026年中国国际服务贸易交易会（以下简称“服贸会”）专题论坛“全球变化下的智慧城市与太空基础设施建设”（以下简称“论坛”）在北京首钢园举行。论坛由北京大学中外人文交流（教育部）研究基地、浙江外国语学院城市国际化研究院联合主办，港湾海外、清华大学科技发展与治理研究中心、香港中文大学（深圳）公共政策学院联合支持，会上共同发布了《2026亚太经合组织智慧城市排名》与《2026全球太空基础设施评估》两份报告。活动汇聚了142位来自全球的学者、政策制定者及49个国家和地区的官员或学生，共议区域融合与星际联通导向下的多元基础设施协同路径及人类文明展望。

清华大学公共管理学院（以下简称“清华公管学院”）院长、清华大学科技发展与治理研究中心主任朱旭峰应邀主持以“全球治理、国际金融与区域融合、星际联通”为主题的专题研讨。中国人民银行金融研究所研究总监、清华公管学院卓越访问教授钱美君参加该环节研讨。清华公管学院国际项目36位中外学生代表在项目主管组织带领下到场参会，积极参与现场提问，并与嘉宾进行了深入交流。

《2026亚太经合组织智慧城市排名》与《2026全球太空基础设施评估》是本次专题论坛的核心成果，由浙江外国语学院城市国际化研究院院长、北京大学中外人文交流研究基地学术委员陈溪教授作报告发布。为推动建设合作、开放的亚太命运共同体，报告构建以区域融合为导向的智慧城市评估体系，不仅展示了中、美、日、澳等国家领先城市的比较优势，也体现出东南亚、拉美和俄罗斯远东地区等亚太地区新兴城市群的发展进程。

As I listened attentively to the distinguished presenters and moderators, I was deeply impressed by the discussions on smart cities, technological innovation, finance, international cooperation, and global development. I was particularly inspired by the remarkable progress of the People’s Republic of China and other countries in leveraging technology to transform societies. My biggest takeaway is: Africa and other developing countries must invest in youth education, technology and innovation, while building international partnerships based on mutual benefit.

Great thanks to the School for giving me the opportunity to attend the Event. The event showed me the insight about China’s contribution in global digitalization, smart cities’ construction and space infrastructure distribution to speed up global technological advancement. In this event, l also learned what is needed for everyone to intervene and participate in this initiative to reach the common goal.

China's leadership here is about building platforms for cooperation, not imposing a single model. The emphasis on "mutual learning among civilizations" and "adaptive governance" positions China as a systemic architect, creating spaces where all nations, including the Global South, can shape the rules of a more equitable world. The China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) forum represents a shift from geopolitical competition to geo-economic cooperation, where China leads by building platforms, smart city networks and space governance reviews, that empower all nations to participate in shaping a more equitable, interconnected world.

I really enjoyed participating in the CIFTIS forum. It was a very valuable and well-organized program, and I gained valuable international experience by interacting with people from different countries and learning about different perspectives and opportunities. It was a great experience for me.

When I saw Vietnam in the evaluation of APEC smart city list, I felt delighted that Vietnam is gradually developing and receiving recognition from the world.
