Bio of Speaker：
Gugile Ernest Nkwinti was born in 1948. He earned his Bachelor of Administration specialising in Political Science, Public Administration and Applied Economics from the University of South Africa. He is Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature, Founder Member of the Eastern Education Crisis Committee and Member of the Executive Council of Local Government and Housing in South Africa. Mr. Nkwinti is invited to attend the Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum on October 16th 2015.
