At this beautiful spring time, our Alma Mater Tsinghua University is approaching her 102nd anniversary. On behalf of the School of Public Policy and Management Tsinghua University, we would like to send our sincere greetings and best wishes to our alumni in all parts of the world!
Established in 1911, in more than 100 years, Tsinghua University has witnessed and shared the hardships and glories of the nation. With the motto of “Self-Discipline and Social Commitment” and the spirit of “Actions Speak Louder than Words”, Tsinghua University is dedicated to the well-being of Chinese society and world development.
The alumni of the university, wherever they are and whatever positions they are in, are always attached to their Alma Mater, bringing it honor and grace with their outstanding achievements and facilitating its development in various ways. Tsinghua University cultivates a large number of scientists, thinkers, philosophers and educators. Especially in political circles, we have numbers of alumni holding a position in the central government, including the new Chinese President Xi Jinping. We would like hereby declare with pride that the greatest contribution Tsinghua University has ever made is its production of a great number of outstanding people for the nation, and the greatest wealth of the university is its alumni all over the world!
2013 marks the 102nd anniversary of Tsinghua University. Traditionally, the anniversary is on the last weekend of April (for this year is 27th and 28th of April). In celebration of this "historical" moment, the School of Public and Management Tsinghua University has prepared a series of activities. We sincerely invite our alumni to come back to campus celebrate with us. We will release the latest news about the Anniversary on the website of the School of Public and Management Tsinghua University. Please keep an eye on the website.
