Dr. Shi Mai received his Ph.D. in Social Welfare from Doshisha University, Japan, in 2020. After serving as a postdoctoral fellow, he is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. He is also a member of the Institute of Philanthropy, Tsinghua University.
