CHEN Tianhao-School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University

Dr. Tianhao CHEN is an associate professor at School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. He was awarded a Ph.D. in public law from the University of Bordeaux, France in Oct. 2017. During his doctoral study, he obtained the scholarship of EIFFEL excellence awarded by French Foreign Ministry. And he is also a research member (chercheur associé) of Constitute Law, Liberty and State Comparative Research Center (CERCCLE), University of Bordeaux. His main research fields are Administrative Law, French and EU’s Administrative Law, Administrative Contract and Public Procurement.
