They examined "the Financial Crisis and Cooperation between South Korea and China", "Security Cooperative Structures between South Korea and China for Northeast Asian Security" and "Cooperation on Energy and the Environment for Green Growth between South Korea and China". Participants and speakers during the discussions and meetings came from SPPM as well as officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Energy Research Institute of the National Development Reform Commission, National Development and Reform Commission and other government departments and academic institutes. By addressing "Exchange Information, Improve Understanding, Strengthen Cooperation and Create Win-Win Progress", he summarized the positive significance of this conference.
The round table discussions between scholars and experts from both sides provided a unique opportunity to promote exchanges and communications. It is hoped there will be more opportunities for future cooperation and exchanges by both sides.
