On December 22, 2010, the School of Public Policy and Management hosted its annual Christmas party for students and faculty. Dean Xue Lan oversaw the festive proceedings and wished the students from the MID and IMPA programs a joyous holiday season. The Dean introduced Professor Wang Feng, Director of the Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy, and Professor Yu An, Director of the Institute of Government Management and Innovation, who, along with their holiday greetings, spoke about their course offerings next term. Professor Wang also graced the proceedings with his presentation of China’s population policy at the crossroads, as well as the research topics of the Brookings-Tsinghua Center.

Students mingled with each other and with the professors over drinks, snacks and Christmas music. Holiday cheer was had by all.
