On the 11^th April, Shan Chunchang, Former Deputy Secretary of the State Administration of Work Safety; the Current State Council Counselor; State Council Emergency Management Team Leader, gave a lecture about the public crisis management to the MPA 2012 students.

 

He explores the problems of "Risks and Challenges" and "Practice and thinking" on public crisis management  in depth.
