A delegation headed by General Bernard Loeffke of the United States Army visited Tsinghua SPPM and was met by Vice-dean of SPPM, Professor Wang Youqiang, Executive Director of the Public Leadership Center, Xiong Yizhi, and Director of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, Ms Meng Bo. A public leadership forum and lecture was later held by Generad Loeffke on the topic of “How to Train Public Leaders for the 21^st century”.
