Students from IMPA (International Master of Public Administration) and MIDG (Master of Public Administration in International Development and Governance) programs visited the National Museum on March. 17, 2016. The mission of the visit is for the students to learn about the arts and history of China.
When entering the museum, most of the students were impressed about the large whitish interior space with a very high ceiling lit by many windows on its left stretches off into the far background.
The museum, covering Chinese history from the Yuanmou Man of 1.7 million years ago to the end of the Qing Dynasty, has a permanent collection of 1,050,000 items, which illustrates the long history and splendid culture of hina.

After the visit to the museum, students also went to the Tiananmen Square, where they paid respects to the heroes who sacrificed their life for the Chinese liberation at the Monument to the People’s Heroes, and took photos in this largest city-central square in the world.
