The ceremony for signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Public Management Association of the Chinese Academy of Management (PMA-China) and the International Comparative Policy Analysis Forum (ICPA-Forum) was successfully held on April 3, 2018.

Professor Iris Geva-May, Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis (JCPA) and Founding President of the ICPA-Forum, Professor Xue Lan, Dean of the SPPM, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PMA-China and Professor Zhu Xufeng, Associate Dean of the SPPM, jointly signed the MOU. The PMA-China and ICPA-Forum will promote collaboration and exchanges among individual and institutional members. In addition, the two associations will sponsor the best comparative paper award at the PMA academic conference.

After the ceremony, Professor Geva-May delivered a lecture entitled “Challenges of Academic Publishing in a Competitive World” to the SPPM students.
