As the Moon Festival of 2013 is approaching, SPPM held a Moon Festival Party for the Chinese and International students in the Student Lounge on the evening of the 17^th September, 2013. The party started at 5:30 pm. At 6 o’clock, Sophia, one Chinese student, introduced the legendary story and tradition of Moon Festival to all the students in English. Then the stage was open. The students were free to go to the stage and performed their talents. In total, around 100 students came to attend this event. They had a wonderful and happy time together. The Moon Festival falls on the 15^th August in the Chinese lunar calendar. This year, it’ll be on the 19^th September.
