IMPA 2014 Joined SPPM New Year Gala

On the evening of December 31^st, 2014, SPPM held an annual New Year Gala in the auditorium hall. A group of IMPA students joined this event and prepared a performance after the thesis defense.

Elhannah from Dominica and Jonga from Zimbabwe sang a Chinese pop song “You exit in my song”, which aroused warm applause. Their beautiful voice and standard Chinese impressed the audience. Afterward, 8 other IMPA students stepped onto the stage to dance together with a South African song. In the end, students extended their best wishes of new year in local language respectively.

To most IMPA students, it is their first time to celebrate New Year in China, and they expressed that this unique experience would be a good memory.
